We are not responsible for a participant’s inability to attend a class because of personal scheduling conflicts, inadequate internet access, incompatible devices, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where classes are rescheduled or changed, we will communicate material changes to affected participants where reasonably practicable.

4.3 Participant Conduct

Participants must treat mentors, staff, and other students respectfully.

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse another participant.
• Disrupt classes or mentorship activities.
• Share another participant’s personal information without permission.
• Distribute unauthorised recordings or copies of paid learning materials.
• Misrepresent yourself as an official representative of Letstrade10X.

We may take reasonable action, including restricting access to community spaces, where a participant seriously or repeatedly breaches these requirements. Any action will be subject to applicable law and any contractual obligations owed to the participant.

5. Forex Professional Course

The Forex Professional Course is a digital educational product that may contain recorded lessons and other learning materials.

The course is provided for educational purposes and is subject to the access conditions communicated at purchase.

5.1 Course Access

Where applicable, course access will be provided through a unique access link or an authorised learning platform.

You must not share, resell, publish, distribute, or transfer your course-access link to unauthorised persons.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, the course is licensed for your personal educational use and is not sold with ownership rights over its underlying content.

5.2 Lifetime Access

Where the product is advertised as offering lifetime access, this refers to access for the lifetime of the relevant course offering, subject to the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law.

It does not necessarily mean that every third-party platform or hosting service will exist indefinitely.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the advertised access, subject to technical limitations, security requirements, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Pricing and Payments

Failure to make an instalment payment may affect access to services, subject to the agreed payment terms and applicable law.

6.3 Payment Confirmation

You should retain your payment receipt or transaction reference.

If your payment has been deducted but registration is not confirmed, contact support@letstrade10x.com with the transaction details so that we can investigate.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy, available on the website.

The following principal conditions apply.

7.1 Online Mentorship

A refund may be requested only where both the payment and the refund request are made before the official commencement of the relevant mentorship programme, subject to verification and applicable law.

Once the programme has officially commenced, payments are non-refundable under our stated policy, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Letstrade10X.

7.2 Forex Professional Course

Once the unique course-access link has been issued to the participant, the purchase becomes non-refundable under our stated policy, subject to applicable law.

Requests made before the link is issued may be considered after verification.

7.3 Other Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove a consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Educational Disclaimer and Trading Risk

All educational materials, market analysis, videos, calculators, and trading-related information provided by Letstrade10X are for educational and informational purposes only.
